Where would you like to start?
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. The analysis can focus on a problem and a geographical area identified within a project. The overall picture can be expanded as the work progresses and knowledge grows.
What data do we need?
We can start with the knowledge already in Impactor and the participants’ experience. Local research, statistics and other information held by your organisations add to the overall picture.
Do we need expertise in impact assessment?
No. Impactor makes the basis of assessments understandable, and a Synesis facilitator supports the work as needed. Assumptions and uncertainties are visible and can be examined together.
